Jet Airways - India has acquired almost 100 aircraft in their operational fleet in fewer than twenty years of operation. Also, the two airlines have decided to join forces in a number of infrastructure and service programs in order to reduce expenses. There probably were some jobs lost when they did this which is unfortunate even though it is obvious that it was financially helpful for the companies as a whole.
